'serving // time' is a work-in-progress film, the third instalment in a series of experimental-documentary films, exploring the identity of a young migrant and the ideas of third-culturedness. This third chapter focuses on the 'return' and lived experience of exploring a place known through memory and legend. A meandering, slow film focused on the reconnecting with a place forgotten, 'serving // time' focuses on the connection between time as a master and time as a concept.
